For late arrivals, a code box is set up for each accommodation.

The accommodations do not have private parking but you will easily find many free spaces all around the accommodations.
SERVICES
Bed linen and towels are provided .
The accommodations have a free washing machine .
TV and free WI-FI.
The accommodations each have a travel cot with mattress and a high chair . Sheets and sleeping bags are not provided.

For safety and compliance reasons, it is forbidden to bring in people who are not part of the initial reservation (a baby counts as one person). If the number of people exceeds the capacity of the accommodation, all travelers on the reservation as well as those added to them will be asked to leave the cottage without any possible refund request.

Noise and silence: All our customers are asked to avoid any noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbors. Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly.

Smoking and non-smoking areas: The cottages are non-smoking. Ashtrays are available outside the cottages. It is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the street.

Waste: Our customers are asked not to throw any waste anywhere other than in the trash cans.

Fire safety: Smoke detectors are in place in all of our cottages. The use of candles is strictly prohibited.

Theft: The management declines all responsibility in the event of theft or loss of objects within our lodgings, as well as for damage suffered on vehicles.

Children: Children must remain under the constant supervision of an adult.

Our customers are requested to respect all the lodgings that we offer. No action harming the cleanliness, hygiene, respect or appearance of the lodgings will be tolerated. The lodgings must be kept clean, waste thrown away and sorted.

Each lodging contains the necessary kitchen, table, bedding. The customer is held responsible for any broken or damaged object and any damage that may result or be caused to the facilities. Any breakage, loss or damage made in the lodgings must be reported during the stay in order to ensure its replacement and reimbursement.

Our customers agree to use our lodgings without damaging them or disturbing the peace of the neighborhood. A formal notice will be issued otherwise, immediately terminating the rental without compensation in the event of a nuisance affecting the neighborhood, or the integrity of the facilities, inappropriate behavior (violence, theft, aggression, etc.), failure to comply with the ban on animals of any kind, number of occupants greater than the reservation.

The client will leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, i.e. cleaning done, dishes put away and clean, trash cans emptied. The cleaning kit is at your disposal in the lodgings. The cleaning package includes the standard cleaning of the lodgings (vacuum cleaner, mop, disinfection of water points). Any additional cleaning will be subject to a claim.
